To be distributor of prestigious Makers who have warehouse in HCMC and Hanoi city, Synergy shall promptly satisfy customer’s demand on genuine spare parts within 7-14 days from the date of order. 

During warranty period, Synergy will replace damaged part if necessary. The replacement shall be free of charge if it is covered under warranty conditions. In case out of warranty time, we could supply spare parts for maintenance or repairing service as per customers’ requirement. 

All spare parts shall be genuine with warranty period following the Maker’s standard. The spare parts could be stocked for 3 year, 5 year, 10 year or life time of the product.
